Julia Silver, a former school leader and mum of five, and Odette Wohlman, a project management and coaching specialist with four kids, are the heart of Qualified Tutor. Friends who met on the playground, they bonded over a shared passion for making a lasting difference in education.
Julia, author of Love Tutoring, leads the educational side, creating inspiring training to help tutors deliver impactful, confidence-boosting lessons. Meanwhile, Odette ensures everything runs smoothly on the compliance side, taking charge of daily DBS checks and certification to uphold professional standards.
Qualified Tutor was born from their belief that tutoring is a vital profession. It’s a warm, supportive space where tutors can grow their skills, connect with others, and create meaningful change for students and families.
