Every week we release a new unit with pre-recorded content and tasks to complete. The tasks range from sharing your thinking around a model, reflecting on your own practice or completing a canvas together, a canvas is a shared document that we use so that all of our participants can be on the same page. As well as the weekly tasks, there is an assessment portfolio, this is the summative assessment for the course which pulls together the thinking you have done across all eight weeks. You will also give a fifteen minute Live Topic Review and observe at least three other candidates, this allows you to see how other people work, as well as giving you an opportunity to reflect on your own practice.
The Level 3 course is designed to take eight weeks in total, each week you will need to spend around 2-3 hours on the content in order to get the most out of it. We run live sessions every Monday morning and Wednesday evening. As a minimum, you will need to attend at least two of these towards the end of the course in order to complete your Live Topic Review and observations but the more you put in the more you get out. Most people try and come once a week.
Most of the content is delivered through videos, these have been designed with you in mind. They are divided into clear sections to help you dip in and out as you need to. Alongside the recorded videos are beautiful work books for you to download with spaces for you to make notes inside. We also have a wonderful team of administrators and facilitators available all week long. The admin team will keep you on track with documentation we need for you to complete the course, while the facilitators are with you in the community – responding to your ideas, pointing you towards extra resources and helping you connect your thinking with other learners in your cohort.
