World Tutors’ Day July 2nd and the World’s First 24-Hour International Tutor-thon

How Tutors Can Use Empathy to Support Students Who Are Disengaged from School

Lucy Alexandra Spencer is embarking on a unique and ambitious adventure. Over 24 hours on Friday 2nd July, Lucy will be tutoring over 200 students in over 22 countries.

Lucy is the Founder of Education Boutique, market leaders in high-quality international tutoring. Just 5 and a half years after leaving the classroom, Lucy regularly tutors all over the world … every week (and pre-Covid, Lucy actually travelled to these destinations!)

On Friday 2nd July, Lucy is embarking on a world first: she will be tutoring in 30-minute windows every hour for 24 hours, to raise money for the incredible charity, Creating Better Futures, who improve living conditions and opportunities for children in Zimbabwe through (access to) education.
