What People Are Saying About Qualified Tutor ... |
What a fantastic experience it has been doing the Qualified Tutor Quality Mark course. I have thoroughly enjoyed taking part. It has shown me what I know, taught me some of what I don’t, enabled me to regain my confidence, and most importantly for me enabled me to connect with other tutors, and like minded people. The QT teams enthusiasm, passion and ambitions are wonderful and have made me feel part of a community.

We covered a wide range of topics within teaching and tutoring to provide the best education and mentoring to our students. This included sessions such as safeguarding, the 7Ps, culture of learning and SEND. This course not only helped me to increase my skill set to help others but also appreciate the rewarding aspect of tutoring. The sessions have made me more aware and well- equipped to manage students in a holistic approach and be a good role model for them.

After joining university recently, I was looking for some extra income to support my studies. When I found Qualified Tutor, I was able to learn more about tutoring itself. They taught all areas of tutoring in great detail, allowing me to become knowledgeable and safe. Without their support, I couldn’t have become the tutor I am now.

As a Sutton Trust scholar, I thoroughly valued the opportunity to participate in the Qualification for Tutors (Tier 1) course. It has been wonderful to learn, listen and share ideas with other people, from across various careers in different parts of the country, yet all united by one mission: to become great tutors. The course was interactive and practical, providing useful strategies which I can immediately begin to implement in my daily practice. Meanwhile, the online Community website ensures that the course is not the end of my journey with Qualified Tutor - it is only the beginning. I look forward to building my network of likeminded individuals in the future, enabling my tutoring skills and knowledge to develop.
